Florida Fruit!

On my last morning in central Florida, I took an early walk to drink in the brightness and aroma of that beautiful place one more time. I discovered these peaches, ripening in the sunshine and they made me think of the Fruit of our week there. Isn’t is amazing that the Lord calls us to join Him in His Work in the lives of people and then blesses our hearts while we do that work? My heart is so full.
Here are the ladies that Char invited to her home for a “living room ministry.” It was clear to me again after getting to know so many giving, loving people, that God is not RETIRED in a retirement village.
He is very much at work.
Here are some precious moms and their little ones from the MOPS group at New Life Presbyterian Church.

George Randolph is my father’s best friend… he and his wife Barb opened their home to us for a week.
We love them.
The Ladies Tea at North Lake Presbyterian had women there from one to ninety-one!
Doris is ninety-one, and little Lexie is one. How sweet is that? They’re ninety years apart!
Singing for North Lake ladies…
My last ministry was to a faithful Tuesday morning prayer group at Oxford Assemby of God. What precious women! They took time to pray over me and the Divine Appointments in the next months. It made me cry to think that the Lord loved me so much that He timed that intimate prayer time so perfectly…just hours before I would be flying home. I am so grateful !
We also had ministry at Blessed Trinity Youth Group and their Thursday Fountain of Living Water prayer group. I am so grateful for every heart we were privileged to encounter, and every story of faith we heard. It was an incredible week also because my son Aaron and daughter Julia were a part of it all. Aaron enjoyed the sunshine and George’s creativity…he fished and explored, rode the scooter and took in his first polo match!
Julia sang with me, and also did some music of her own to the youth group (she sang her original songs and played guitar.) I’m so overwhelmed by her sweetness and confidence and love of her Savior.
Oh, He does make all things beautiful in His time…
And we are SO grateful for George and Barb Randolph for hosting us for eight busy days! They are treasures, and are certainly not retired from their work on the Earth for the Lord!
Thank you Curious George and Sponge Barb.
